In preparation for our future production of hardware systems, we have partnered with A/S Kurt Hansen from Svendborg, Denmark to manufacture the next five P3 prototype systems. Planned delivery for the first system is first week of December whereas the last unit is planned to be delivered in early February, 2020. We will use this batch of prototype systems to test and obtain CE marking for low voltage and Electro-Mechanically Conformity.
The production is well underway and on track. MedTrace plans to expand its partnership with A/S Kurt Hansen with further productions of P3 systems in batches of five. Once the MedTrace solution is regulatory approved, the hardware will receive its final product name (current working name is MT-100).
We have increased the production of kits from our supplier Promepla and are expecting the arrival of 500 production kits, 500 infusion kits and 1,000 patient kits before December 23rd, 2019. All kits are Ethylene Oxide sterilized and ready for use clinically under local legislative exemptions. The delivery is a split delivery with partial delivery early December, 2019 ensuring that Aarhus University Hospital is ready for their transition into clinical use.
