Today, MedTrace’s Board of Directors has decided to rename the legal name of the company to MedTrace Pharma to better reflect the company’s activities in the radiopharmaceutical field. The company operates in the grey-zone between medical devices and pharmaceuticals but the end-product we will offer is a radiopharmaceutical in the form of 15O-water.
We will continue to refer to the company as MedTrace but in legal matters the correct name is MedTrace Pharma A/S (Danish headquarter).
At the same time, we will change our headquarter address to our offices in Kongens Lyngby outside Copenhagen, Denmark. Our new address in Denmark is:
MedTrace Pharma A/S Diplomvej 381 2800 Kgs. Lyngby Denmark
Our office locations in Uppsala (Sweden) and Boston (Massachusetts, US) will remain unchanged.
